Terms and Conditions of Sale

By using this website, you agree to our terms and conditions of sale, which provide information on how we handle orders. Upon confirmation of an order, a customer fully accepts the present terms and conditions of sale.
Order
CDs labeled "Download Only" cannot be sent by postal mail. Please select the "Download" delivery method. Shipping costs will not be refunded if you choose a postal delivery method for any of these items.
If you want to order some items in digital format and others by postal mail, please place 2 separate orders.
Prices
Our invoices are issued in Euros for all countries where the Euro is the official currency, or in Swiss Francs for all other countries.
All prices are exclusive of VAT - For shipments to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, a VAT of 2.5% (sheet music) and 7.7% (CDs) will be added.
Attention: From 01.01.2024, the rate of 7.7% increases to 8.1%, and the rate of 2.5% increases to 2.6%.

There are two options to receive the goods you have ordered :

Postal Shipment
Shipping costs are free for any order over 60 EUR / 60 CHF (economy shipping only).
Our company ships orders within an average of 24-36 business hours, starting from the date of order receipt. However, in some cases (reprinting, technical issues, etc.), ordered items may experience variable delivery times. Delivery delays do not give the buyer the right to cancel the sale or refuse the merchandise.
Customs Duties
Any customs fees and country-specific taxes, excluding delivery to Switzerland, are the responsibility of the customer, in addition to the order amount.
Contract Conclusion
The purchase contract you have concluded is with Editions Marc Reift, Route du Golf 150, 3963 Crans-Montana, Switzerland.
Return and Exchange
Before payment, you will need to check a box confirming that you have reviewed your order (selection of the correct instrumentation for your sheet music, quantity, etc.) and that no refund or exchange will be possible afterward. Any claims regarding the quality of the goods must be made by registered letter or email with photo evidence (info@reift.ch) within a maximum of 10 days after delivery.
Vouchers
  • Vouchers can be used for purchases on the website www.reift.ch and apply to all items.
  • The voucher has no expiration date. You can use it whenever you want.
  • To use the voucher, the recipient must enter the unique voucher code at the time of ordering.
  • If the voucher amount is not fully used, the balance can be used on a subsequent order.
  • Any or part of its value cannot be converted into cash under any circumstances.
